After a weekend of suspense, we were finally told this last Monday what our new brief is all about — and let me tell you: we were not happy with it.
Although it seems like a very interesting project, we got a bit freaked out with the (short) time we were given to complete our first task: to make an A2 black & white typographic poster of our manifesto (due this Friday) – and we didn’t even know what exactly a manifesto was.
It is now Thursday – I have finally printed out my poster and I’m ready to present it tomorrow. I see now that we didn’t have to get so nervous about this task afterall. It was easier than I was expecting. The hardest part was to choose between the many subjects I believe in, actually — but I finally ended up writing about bullfighting.
I’m attaching my poster here, in case anyone is interested to see how it turned out. Let me know what you think.
